Our Program Builds:

  • Comprehensive assessment of the student’s needs and goals

  • Review of current sleep patterns and nutritional needs

  • A tailored plan for incremental growth

  • Ongoing review of the student’s grades, with focus on raising GPA and test scores

  • Collaboration with athletic coaches and teachers (as needed/requested by parents)

  • Mindset coaching to develop mental toughness and emotional resilience

  • Leadership skill assessment and ongoing character development

  • Explicit instruction in executive functioning skills (time management, focus, etc.)

  • Support with planning for long-term projects and papers

  • Weekly goal setting and text message check-ins for goal accountability

  • Intermittent visits to the student’s athletic events
